Returns Policy

We really hope you love your Pure Carbon conscious apparel however, as we are a made to order brand, we can only accept returns if the items is faulty. We do not accept returns for changes of mind.  

As the planet is still mostly run by humans, faults happen and in the unlikely event a faulty item makes it's way to you (we manually do everything so generally pick up on anything that isn't right before it gets to you), we are happy to discuss options with you based on the specific case.  Please note the following before getting in touch regarding a faulty item:

• It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
